Apple-Samsung lawyer Attack Each Other

The drums of war between Apple and Samsung patents eventually presented in court. In a trial that took place in San Jose, California, United States, the electronics giant's lawyers alleged attack each other.
Harold McElhinny, Apple's lawyers made the allegation that Samsung has cheated the iPhone since its introduction in January 2007.
"At the same time (Apple founder Steve Jobs, Ed.) Launched the iPhone. He (Jobs-red.) also had warned his rivals that Apple have been keeping gadgetnya with more than 200 patents on innovative features in the iPhone," he said when told to jury.
"Samsung could have come with their own designs, and can challenge Apple with a more fair in the market. Or it could have been copied (the product) Apple ... It would be easier to copy than to innovate itself," said McElhinny, as reported by AFP and quoted newsinett, Wednesday (01/08/2012).

More specifically, Apple lawyer highlights the features and design in Samsung mobile phones are considered to be the result sheet from the iPhone.
"In the highest corporate level, Samsung decided to copy every element on the iPhone. This is not something accidental. Action plagiarized Samsung is something that has been planned," cecar McElhinny.
Attacked so hard, of course, Charles Verhoeven Samsung lawyer immediately launched a counterattack. He asserted that the Samsung is not a handyman trace, but rather plan their own innovations.
On the other hand, Verhoeven said if Apple's internal documents show that the designers and manufacturers of iPod iPad also been inspired by the design of products its competitors, such as Sony.
Including for the iPhone, which also claimed to be inspired from other products. "Is it (inspired from other products-ed.) Wrong? No, it is competition," elaknya.
The lawyer also stated that if this Samsung gadgets made by the South Korean vendors could be easily distinguished from Apple products. Including the average person though.

The iPhone 5 isn't flawless. The hardware is not really the problem, but a lack of OS improvements. The saying used to be Apple knew what we wanted before we did. The current truth is its customers are much more informed in regards to technology and the industry.coques iphone 4
