San Francisco, USA - A new Apple patent revealed recently would seem to indicate the iPhone 5 has the function of NFC (Near Field Communications).

NFC, a feature that allows the user touching the phone to phone or other gadget with other NFC functionality to transfer data, ranging widely used in smartphones. Not only that, this feature can also be used as a mobile payment and other functions.

newsinett quotes from TG Daily, Monday (7/30/2012), this Apple patent shows, users can use their iPhone to connect to the Apple TV, video game consoles, speaker systems and much more.

Basically, the function is changing the phone - probably the iPhone 5 - a universal remote control, with functionality that can be developed for various purposes.

Of course, the NFC in the iPhone also allows a mobile credit card, something that seems to be a mandatory function that will make it easier for consumers.
